What can I expect after the intake process?

Our office manager will verify your benefits and coverage.  Then they will coordinate and schedule one of our behavior analysts to conduct an initial assessment.  Our behavior analyst will observe and assess your child's skills, needs and family needs. They will develop a treatment plan with recommended treatment hours which will be submitted to your insurance company for authorization.  Once approved, we will begin scheduling hours with a team of behavior technicians and ongoing behavior analyst.
